The length of time varies by the plan you are on — free accounts retain chat history for 24 hours, credit-pack users for 7 days while credits are active, and paid subscribers indefinitely until account deletion. What data we store, we protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft, and unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

To deliver the service, your chat messages and the transcript of the YouTube video you are viewing are sent to our AI agents for processing. Video metadata is retrieved via the YouTube API. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which processes your billing details directly — we never store your card number. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own advertising purposes.

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to do so by law or as described above to operate the service.
