1. Use of the Service
TalkifyTube allows you to paste a YouTube video link and interact with its content through an AI assistant. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
4. Third-Party Content
TalkifyTube processes publicly available YouTube video transcripts and metadata. We do not host, own, or claim any rights over the video content itself. Responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any YouTube content rests solely with the original creators and YouTube's own policies.
5. AI-Generated Responses
Responses generated by our AI are based on video transcripts and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI responses.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use TalkifyTube to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for others.
7. Intellectual Property
The TalkifyTube name, logo, and all original content on this website are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TalkifyTube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
